These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DreamerVana mobile apps and the dreamervana.com website (the “Services”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of dreamervana.com. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Purchases on iPhone are also governed by Apple’s terms and App Store rules.
1. What DreamerVana is
DreamerVana is a personal dream journal: capture by voice or text, optional on-device readings and Ask features, symbol library, patterns, vault, widgets, and optional watch quick-capture. The app is for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or sleep-disorder advice, and it does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction (or have a parent or guardian’s consent where required). You are responsible for the content you record and any device or iCloud security you choose.
3. License and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the apps (as distributed through the App Store ) and this website. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, or use the app in ways that violate others’ rights or applicable law.
4. Your content
You retain rights to dreams and recordings you create. Processing on your device is limited to operating the journal, generating readings you request, and optional Continuity sync you enable. We do not claim ownership of your dream text or audio.
5. Premium subscriptions
Optional DreamerVana Premium is an auto-renewable subscription billed through Apple
(product IDs com.dreamervana.premium.monthly and com.dreamervana.premium.yearly).
Plans, prices, trial eligibility, and renewal terms are shown in the app and in App Store checkout before you confirm.
Cancel in iOS Settings → Subscriptions. Restore purchases is available in-app after reinstall.
Introductory free trials, when offered, are subject to Apple’s eligibility rules.
6. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Interpretations are metaphorical and may be incomplete or mistaken. Do not rely on DreamerVana for decisions about health, safety, or professional care.
7. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (US$50), EXCEPT WHERE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
8. Changes
We may update the app or these Terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date constitutes acceptance of revised Terms where permitted by law.
